We began where the old masters ended.

For centuries, the finest possessions were entrusted to mechanical vaults built by locksmiths, cabinet makers and engineers whose names are now forgotten. Their creations sat in libraries, private studies and family homes — protected not by circuitry, but by intelligence.

That craft has been quietly disappearing. Secret Vaults exists to revive it, and to carry it forward into the next century.

Renaissance inventors. Master locksmiths. Cabinet makers.

We draw from Leonardo's notebooks, Victorian watchmaking, antique vaults from the ateliers of Milan and Paris, and centuries-old joinery. Each vault we build is a conversation with those traditions.

An heirloom, never merely a storage box.

Every vault is designed to be inherited. It will outlast the software of its era, the fashions of its decade, and — in most cases — its first owner. That is the point.
